Dr. Tyler Garapola, "Dr. G", is not one to waste much time talking about himself. After graduating from Penn State, he pursued chiropractic in an effort to serve people and help them reduce their reliance on pharmaceutical medications for pain. He is passionate about treating neck pain, back pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Combining a thorough examination with traditional chiropractic care, rehabilitative exercise, flexion distraction, and myofascial release, you can expect the best treatment plan for your needs. Dr. G is husband to Dr. Jenna, and the proud father of two great kids and two rambunctious pups. He enjoys experiencing all of the local culture Dunedin has to offer. When he is not in the office, you can find him spending time with family, convincing his wife to go camping with him, or building something around the house.
Dr. Jenna Montana entered the health care field having faced her own health journey with little support from conventional medicine. It was not until an extremely talented acupuncturist took the time and care to hear her symptoms and prescribe the necessary herbs that she saw any progress in her healing. It was this experience, combined with a mentor who reinforced the importance of movement and diet in maintaining health, that led her to a career in holistic health care. After meeting her now-husband, Tyler ("Dr. G"), at Logan, she graduated and moved to Virginia in 2018 and then married in 2020. In her time in the Blue Ridge, Jenna ran a successful acupuncture and functional medicine practice in Roanoke, Virginia for 4 years, as well as serving in a medically supervised weight loss clinic providing physical examinations and providing one-on-one nutritional guidance. She still maintains her functional medicine practice virtually, and helps oversee financial operations at PALM Health Center. She is eager to serve the Dunedin community having grown up not too far away in New Port Richey. While she was certainly convinced her life revolved around all things health and wellness, becoming a mother has been her greatest joy (being Dr. G's wife isn't so bad either).
Amber Simmons is a licensed massage therapist (MA98010), offering treatment sessions for pain management, stress reduction, and improved mobility at PALM Health Center in Dunedin, FL. Amber uses a client-centered approach, tailoring techniques to each individual's needs and goals. People trust her expertise because she consistently delivers top-quality care that leads to positive and lasting health outcomes. Amber completed her massage therapy training at the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy. She remains committed to continuing education and bases her methods on current best practices in manual therapy.
